Returns and warranties serve different purposes

Our 90-day returns policy covers eligible unused, unmounted tires. A manufacturer warranty, when available, addresses the specific defects or performance conditions described by that manufacturer.

Coverage depends on the tire and purchase

Warranty eligibility, duration, mileage coverage, and remedies vary by brand, model, and sales channel. Not every tire or reseller purchase qualifies. A mileage figure in a listing is not a promise of actual tire life or confirmation that your purchase qualifies for a mileage claim.

Unless the product listing expressly includes it, Dominant Tires does not provide a separate road-hazard, puncture, or mileage warranty. Ask us to confirm available written warranty terms before you buy if coverage is important to your decision.

How to request help

Contact help@dominanttires.com or 888-338-0038 with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep your purchase receipt, installation invoice, maintenance records, and photographs of the tire, its DOT identification, and the affected area. A manufacturer or fulfillment partner may require an inspection before determining eligibility.

Common exclusions

Depending on the applicable written warranty, exclusions may include normal wear, road hazards, impact damage, improper inflation, overloading, incorrect installation, misalignment, modification, or misuse. Labor and shipping may not be covered. We will help you understand the terms that apply rather than assume every claim has the same result.

If a tire may be unsafe

Stop using a tire that shows a serious defect or damage and have a qualified tire professional inspect it. Do not ship a used or damaged tire without instructions. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
