When you need your tires most, every day matters. We submit orders for fulfillment promptly after payment and necessary order checks, with free express shipping to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Our estimated delivery window includes both order processing and carrier transit.

Where We Deliver

We ship only to eligible residential and business street addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, international destinations, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. You can choose delivery to your home, business or an accepting tire installer within our service area. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether an address is eligible.

When Will My Tires Arrive?

Our estimated delivery window is within 3 business days after order confirmation, including normal order processing and carrier transit. We count the three business days after your confirmation date in Eastern Time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and their observed dates. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.

An estimated arrival date displayed before purchase assumes you place your order that day; it updates as the calendar changes. Check your order and tracking updates for order-specific delivery information. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; a shipping email with tracking follows once shipment details are available.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival deadline or a promise of delivery within 72 consecutive hours. Payment or address checks, availability, weather, carrier disruptions and other unexpected events can affect timing. If an issue affects fulfillment, we will contact you with the available information and next steps. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by this estimate.

What You Pay

Shipping to eligible addresses is free, and Dominant Tires adds no outbound shipping or handling fee. Product prices and applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout. Mounting, balancing, valve stems, disposal, and other services arranged with your installer are separate and are not included in the tire price.

Tracking and separate packages

Orders may be sent directly by our fulfillment partners. Tires in the same order can ship separately, with different tracking numbers and arrival dates. Please check every tracking link in your shipping email before reporting a missing tire.

Before you order

Use a complete, accurate street address and a phone number where you can be reached. If shipping to a tire shop, arrange this with the shop first and include the recipient details they require. Schedule installation after all tires arrive and you have checked them.

Delays, damage, or a delivery problem

Contact help@dominanttires.com or 888-338-0038 with your order number and tracking details. Photograph any visible shipping damage and keep the tire labels. If tracking says delivered but you cannot locate a package, check with other household members or the receiving shop, then contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We will help resolve verified delivery errors.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change your address or cancel. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but a submitted order cannot always be intercepted. Once shipped, eligible products follow our 90-day returns policy.
